Jennifer Stevenson, owner of Courageous Books, was our guest speaker. The store opened last month and had a warm reception from the city and customers. Jennifer shared her story of the course of events that led her to open a bookstore, she described the store, her family’s involvement, and the amenities offered by the store, and she gave us insight into the process of opening and operating an independent bookstore.
